The past weeks have been among the most difficult in Partisia’s history.
Following the passing of our CEO and co-founder, Kurt Nielsen, we have mourned the loss of an extraordinary leader, visionary, colleague, and friend. For more than 25 years, Kurt dedicated his life to building Partisia and advancing a vision of a digital future built on trust, privacy, and user control.
His legacy lives on in the company he created, the technology he helped pioneer, and the people he inspired around the world.
As we move forward, our responsibility is clear: to continue the journey Kurt began.
Today, we are announcing that the Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Mark Medum Bundgaard as Chief Executive Officer of Partisia.
Mark has been a key member of Partisia’s leadership team for many years, most recently serving as Chief Product Officer. He has played a central role in developing our products, expanding our commercial business, building lasting customer relationships, and bringing Partisia’s technology to markets across the globe.
The Board has full confidence that Mark’s leadership, experience, and commitment to Partisia’s mission make him the right person to lead the company into its next chapter.
