Frequently asked questions
What does integration look like?
For SaaS API: you receive API keys and SDK access on day one. Most customers complete integration in 1–2 weeks. For Self-Deployed: we work with your infrastructure team over 2–4 weeks. Both include a 30-day free pilot.
What about GDPR compliance?
Partisia is GDPR compliant by design. Since MPC ensures no raw personal data is ever stored or exposed during processing, there is no data controller obligation for verification events. We never see, store, or transmit your users’ personal information.
What wallets are compatible?
Partisia is wallet-agnostic. We support the Partisia ID Wallet, AltID (Denmark’s national wallet by Nine/Trifork), and any eIDAS 2.0 compliant EU Digital Identity Wallet.
Do we need eIDAS 2.0 compliance?
EU governments must accept digital identity wallets by November 21, 2026. Businesses follow by November 21, 2027. Micro-enterprises (fewer than 50 employees) are exempt from mandatory acceptance, but early adoption gives competitive advantage as larger partners and customers will require compliant verification.
What if we already have an identity solution?
Most of our customers did too. The difference is MPC — your current system likely stores and processes raw personal data, creating GDPR liability. With Partisia, zero raw data is ever exposed. Many customers run Partisia alongside existing systems during transition.
